The applicant is apprehending arrest in C.R No.324 of 2022 registered with Khadki Police Station on 1st November 2021 for offences under Sections 143, 144, 147, 149, 323, 307, 394 r/w 34 of Indian Penal Code, Section 25 of Arms Act, Section 37(1)(c) of Maharashtra Police Act.

The case of prosecution is that on 31st October 2021 six persons came on two wheeler and assaulted the first informant. Three persons were known to him. The complainant was assaulted by iron rod and wooden log. Two unknown persons assaulted the applicant by fist blows.

The case of prosecution is that the applicant is the person who assaulted by hand. The co-accused Aawaz Qureshi is attributed MANISH SURESH THATTE MANISH SURESH THATTE Date: 2022.10.18 12:02:52 +0530 similar overt act. He preferred pre-arrest bail which was allowed by order dated 29th September 2022 by this Court.

Considering the factual aspects and in the light of order dated 29th September 2022 passed in Anticipatory Bail Application No.2988 of 2022, similar relief can be granted to the applicant.

ORDER

(i) Anticipatory Bail Application is allowed and disposed off; (ii) In the event of arrest of applicant in C.R No.324 of 2022 registered with Khadki Police Station, Pune, the applicant be released on bail on executing P.R bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- with one or more sureties in the like amount;

(iii) The applicant shall report Investigating Officer on 19th and 20th October 2022 between 11 am and 1 pm, and thereafter as and when called for till filing of charge sheet.
