At the outset, the Learned Counsel for the Applicants seeks leave to carry out amendment so as to substitute "Lokshakti" by "Navshakti". Leave granted. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. 2.

The above Civil Application has been field for effecting substituted service on the Respondent by taking recourse of Order V Rule 20 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Why recourse to the said provision is required to be taken is mentioned in the Civil Application. Hence, accepting the said reasons, the Civil Application is allowed. Resultantly, the Applicants are permitted to serve the Respondent by publishing the notice in two local newspapers having circulation in Mumbai i.e. BGP.

CAW-2904-15.doc 19.10.2015 "Navshakti" and "Free Press Journal". Notice to indicate that the same is made returnable on 30.11.2015. The Civil Application is accordingly disposed of.
