The application for relaxation of condition of attendance imposed on the count of applicant having attended accordingly for a period of about seven months. The applicant has been directed to attend Rabale police station only on the first Sunday of every month.

Apparently such condition is imposed for preventing the accused absconding and trial being not to be put in jeopardy. The condition is not oppressive. No case is made out for relaxation of the condition. Application stands rejected.
