By this appeal, the Appellant - claimant is challenging the judgment and award dated 11.07.2017 passed by the Employees Insurance Court in Application (ESI) No.18/2011 allowing the Application u/s.75, 76, 77 and 78 of the Employee State Insurance Act, 1948 and directing the Applicant to refund the sum of Rs.2,37,000/- towards the contribution paid by them.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Appellant and the impugned award, following order is passed:
