1] This is an application for modification of condition 6(a) imposed upon the applicant while granting him pre-arrest bail. By the said condition the applicant was directed to be released on bail on his furnishing PR bond of Rs.1,00,000/- with one or two local sureties in the like amount. 2] The learned Counsel for the applicant submitted that the applicant is ordinary resident of New Delhi and it is very difficult for him to get local sureties in the like amount. He therefore submitted that applicant may be permitted to submit sureties from Delhi or New Delhi.
