WPST 28159 of 2017 challenges the order dated 25th September, 2017 passed by Respondent No.2- Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies. By the impugned order dated 25th September, 2017, the petitioner's application for stay in a pending revision from the order dated 19th July, 2017 of the Deputy Registrar of the Co-operative Societies, R.S. Ward- Respondent No.1 was rejected. However, the revision itself was kept pending. 3.

In the above view, Mr. Rayrikar, learned AGP has taken instructions from the Divisional Joint Registrar, Co-operative Societies - Respondent No.2 and states that the revision itself will be heard on 16th November, 2017 as indicated in the impugned order while disposing of the stay application and the order thereon will be passed on or before 10th December, 2017.

In view of the above statement made on behalf of the State, Mr. Sadavarte, learned counsel appearing for the Petitioners seeks to withdraw the petition.
