By this Civil Application, Applicant original plaintiff is seeking condonation of 14 days delay in filing Appeal from Order.

47 caa461-17.doc Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:
A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:
"(a) that the delay of about 14 days in filing the present Appeal may be condoned in the interest of justice."
B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
C) Registry is directed to place Appeal from Order (ST)No.28845 of 2016 on board for admission on 22.03.2019.
