Learned advocate for applicant submits that applicant has been granted temporary bail on the basis of High Power Committee guidelines issued on the ground of Covid-19. Since the applicant is at large on bail, he seek permission to withdraw this application with liberty to prefer fresh application for bail as soon as applicant surrenders on expiry of temporary bail granted to him. 2.

In view of submission, the bail application is allowed to be withdrawn and disposed of as such, with liberty to applicant to prefer fresh application for bail as and when he surrender on expiry of temporary bail granted to him.
