Mr. Kapase, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner having taken instructions from his client seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition without prejudice to his rights and contentions and with liberty to approach the State Government for redressal of the grievance made in the writ petition. Leave with liberty as prayed for is granted. Writ petition is allowed to be withdrawn and is dismissed as such.
