This application is preferred by State of Maharashtra for condonation of 25 days delay in filing First Appeal challenging the judgment and award dated 11.4.2012 passed by learned 2nd Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane in LAR No.61 of 2011.

Considering the averments made in the Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application. Hence, following order:

A) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer Mohite 1/2

"(b) this Hon'ble Court be pleased to condone the 25 days of delay in filing the abovementioned First Appeal against the Judgment and Award dated 11.04.2012 passed by the Learned 2nd Civil Judge, Senior Division, Thane in L.A.R.No.61 of 2011."

B) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
