P.C. :

1) Heard learned Counsel for the applicantsappellants. 2) Pending Appeal, respondents no.1 and 2 both died on 27th March, 2008 and 24th June, 2010 respectively. Civil Application No.1677 of 2014 seeks to bring legal representatives of deceased respondents no.1 and 2 on record, which was fled on 21st October, 2013. Pending Application, sole legal representatives of deceased respondent no.2-Smt. Dharmadevi Singh, also died. Therefore, appellant fled Interim Application No.494 of 2022.

3) In consideration of the above facts, Civil Application No.1677 of 2014 is partly allowed. In consequence, appellant shall bring the legal representatives of respondent no.1 on record. Consequential amendments to be carried out in Appeal memo within two weeks from today.

Rane 3/3 CAF-1677-2014 & Ia-494-2022--sr.19.odt 4) Since, sole legal representative of deceased respondent no.2 has expired, the prayer in Civil Application No.1677 of 2014 to bring his legal representatives on record, is rendered infructuous. 5) Civil Application No.1677/2014 and Interim Application No. 494 of 2022 are disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
