The learned counsel for the applicant produced the affidavit of service against respondent no. 1/CBI. Inspite of the service, none present for CBI.

This Application is made for refund of amount of Rs.1,00,000/- which was deposited pursuant to the orders of this Court dated 23rd September, 2015 and 28th September, 2015 while granting permission to travel abroad. The said amount was to be kept as security deposit against the permission given to the applicant to travel abroad.
