This application is for restoration of Civil Revision Application No. 364 of 2010, which was dismissed for default by order dated 27.10.2010. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that during the pendency of the present proceeding the Trial Court finally decided Regular Civil Suit No. 15 of 2010 on 26.02.2016. Hence, nothing survives in the present Civil Application.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant and as Regular Civil Suit No. 15 of 2010 finally decided by the Trial Court on 26.02.2016, nothing survives in the present Civil Application.
