P.C.:- By this application, the Applicant has sought to stay the execution and implementation of judgment and award dated 12th May, 2017 passed by the learned Member, M.A.C.T., Pandharpur, in M.A.C.P. No.59 of 2013.

The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the Applicant has deposited the entire compensation as per the judgment and award dated 12th May, 2017. Said statement is not disputed by the learned counsel for the Respondent No.1.

In view of above, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). Statutory amount of Rs.25,000/- may be transferred to M.A.C.T., Pandharpur.
