In the present Petitions, challenge is to the legality and validity of the order dated 01.09.2021 passed by the Sole Arbitrator below Exh. 46 in Case No. 2064 and below Exh. 33 in Case No. 2065.

The said Consent Minutes read as under :- CONSENT MINUTES Both the Petitioners and Respondent jointly submit that : A) The Respondent shall not object to the Written Statement, fled on 7ith October, 2023, being taken on record before the Learned Arbitrator.
B) The parties agree that all contentions, raised in the present Petitions, shall be kept open, and shall be decided by the Learned Arbitrator, as per the procedure established in Law. C) In view of the above understanding between parties, both the Writ Petitions are disposed of.

The Writ Petitions are disposed of in terms of the Consent Minutes with no order as to costs.
