The learned counsel for the petitioner states that the impugned resolution dated 13th July 2015 (Exhibit R to the petition) has been suspended by order of the State Government dated 20th January 2016. The learned counsel for the petition therefore seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in the event the order dated 20th January 2016 is revoked, cancelled or withdrawn.

Accordingly, we dispose of this petition as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
