In the arguments before us the foundation of the Petitioner's case for relief is that the Respondent-Police Officer have aided certain acts at the behest of the private person for illegal monetary consideration. The petition is bereft of any such particulars neither the concerned police officers are made party Respondents, we deprecate such a practice of making serious allegations casually across the bar.

The learned counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition and states that if a writ petition is to be filed again, it will be filed with all necessary particulars and joining concerned police officers as party Respondents. 1 / 2
