Heard the learned Counsel for the appellant-Insurance Company and the learned Counsel for Respondents- original claimants. It has brought to the notice of this Court that the appellant-Insurance Company has already deposited the entire decretal amount before the learned Trial Court. The applicants were also allowed to withdraw some portion of the decretal amount.

In such circumstances, there is no propriety to keep the present stay petition alive for further process. Hence Civil Application stands disposed of.
