Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the State.

By an order dated 25th September, 2023 this Court had granted interim bail to the applicant.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant has appeared before the investigating officer and cooperated in the investigation. It is further submitted that the charge sheet has been lodged qua the co-accused. 4.

The learned APP on instruction of the investigating officer submits that the applicant has appeared before the investigating officer and cooperated in the investigation. Investigation is complete and at this stage the investigating officer does not require further custodial interrogation of the applicant. Vishal Parekar ...1

In view of the aforesaid statement, the order of interim bail dated 25th September, 2023 is made absolute on the terms and conditions incorporated therein.

In addition, henceforth the applicant shall appear before the investigating officer as and when directed.

In the event, the charge sheet is filed, the applicant shall regularly attend the proceedings before the jurisdictional Court. 8.

It is clarified that these prima facie observations are confined to determine entitlement to pre-arrest bail only. Application disposed.
