The appellant seeks transfer of Marriage Petition No.A-1591 of 2014 pending in the Family Court at Bandra to the Family Court at Pune. Notice was issued in the matter. The learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has no objection for transfer of the matter provided the Family Court at Pune is directed to dispose of the matter within stipulated period.

In view of above, Misc. Civil Application is allowed. Marriage Petition No.A-1591 of 2014 pending in the Family Court at Bandra to the Family Court at Pune for hearing and disposal in accordance with law. The parties to appear before the Family Court at Pune on 24.08.2015. The Family Court at Pune shall to make an endevaour to dispose of the matter within a period of six months from the date of completion of the proceedings. The parties to complete the pleadings
