The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in C.R. No. 360 of 2021 registered with Lonand Police Station, District Satara for offences punishable u/s. 498A, 306 & 34 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

The co-accused Rohan, husband of the deceased was arrested and released on bail on 18.11.2021.

The applicant no. 1 is the mother-in-law and the applicant no. 2 is the sister-in-law of the deceased.

All the accused persons including the applicants are chargesheeted. 6.

Having regard to the aforesaid background i.e investigation in the matter is already over, in absence of specific attributes so akn 1/2

2/2 15.ABA.2978.2021.doc as to infer the requirement of the custodial interrogation of the applicants, ad-interim protection stands confirmed. 7.

In the event of arrest of applicants in C.R. No. 360 of 2021 registered with Lonand Police Station, District-Satara, the applicants be released on bail on furnishing P.R. bond in the sum of Rs.10,000/- each with one or more sureties in the like amount.

The applicants shall neither tamper with evidence nor influence the witnesses in any way.

As such, application stands disposed of in the above terms.
