Some amount has been refunded to the Petitioner pursuant to the order dated 14th November, 2022, however, learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that some interest was further due on the amount which was withheld amounting to Rs.1,34,34,970/- has not been paid as yet. The issue as regards interest be gone into by the Assessing Offcer. Appropriate orders be passed and in case there is any amount due on account of interest which remains to be paid, the same be paid within a period of six weeks positively. R.V. Patil
