The Learned Counsel appearing for the Appellants Mr. Saraogi on instructions states that in view of the supervening event of the Suit being S. C. Suit No.2484 of 2015 filed by the Appellants original Plaintiffs, he would seek withdrawal of the above Appeal from Order. The Appeal from Order is accordingly allowed to be withdrawn and dismissed as such. The Appellants / Plaintiffs are at liberty to withdraw the Suit from the Trial Court. In view of the withdrawal of the above Appeal From Order, the Civil Application No.107 of 2016 does not survive and to accordingly stand disposed of as such.
