Learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing the revision application for some time, on instructions, states that the applicant be granted six months' time to vacate the premises. The applicant will not press the revision application on merits. Accordingly, the revision application is dismissed as not pressed. Considering the facts and circumstances, I am of the opinion that six months time to vacate the premises would be reasonable. Accordingly, it is directed that the possession of the applicant be protected till 30 October 2015. Learned counsel for the applicant states that said period is reasonable. Learned counsel for the applicants states that applicant alone is in possession and will not

bsb 2 CRA205.15.doc create third party rights, and will hand over vacant and peaceful possession on 1 November 2015. These statements are accepted. The time to vacate the premises till 30 October 2015 is granted on condition that the applicant along with adult family members will file their usual undertakings in this Court in its prescribed format by 12 June 2015, with advance copy to the learned counsel for the respondent. If the undertaking/s is/are not filed within the prescribed time, the decree shall become executable forthwith.
