This Criminal Application takes exception to the order dated 17/04/2019 passed by the learned Additional Metropolitan Magistrate, 12th Court, Bandra, Mumbai in C C No.1451/PW/2015. The criminal application is hopelessly delayed and there is no explanation offered for the inordinate delay of more than 4 months in filing the present criminal application. In that view of the matter, the criminal application deserves no consideration. Hence the criminal application stands rejected.
