P.C. :- 1] After this matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioners, on the basis of instruction from the petitioners, seeks leave to withdraw these contempt petitions. Leave as prayed for is granted and the contempt petitions are disposed of as withdrawn. 1/2

DSS 66-cp-575-10 & 98-11-can-583-11 2] Notwithstanding leave being granted for withdrawal of these contempt petitions, the Cooperative Court which is taking up Case No. CC/II/349/2009 is directed to dispose of the application for interim relief made by the petitioners herein, as expeditiously as possible and in any case, within a period of two months from today. Such disposal shall be on its own merits and in accordance with law. 3] Parties to appear before the Cooperative Court on 28 July 2016 and file an authenticated copy of this order before the Cooperative Court.

4] In view of disposal of Contempt Petition No. 98 of 2011, Civil Application No. 83 of 2011 does not survive and the same is disposed of accordingly.

5] All concerned to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
