The order impugned in this Petition is dated 04.09.2019 passed by the Hon'ble Minister (Co-operation). One of the contention in the Petition is that the said order was passed without hearing the Petitioners. Learned counsel for the Respondent No.3complainant submits that he has no objection if the Petitioners are heard by the Hon'ble Minister (Co-operation). From the record it appears that the position that the Petitioners are not heard is not disputed. In this view of the matter, the impugned order dated 04.09.2019 passed by the Hon'ble Minister (Co-operation) is set

The Hon'ble Minister (Co-operation) to hear and decide the Revision Application No.452 of 2019 fled by the Petitioners afresh on its own merits and in accordance with law after hearing all the concerned. The parties to appear before the Hon'ble Minister (Co-operation) on 23.03.2021 at 3.00 p.m. The Hon'ble Minister (Co-operation) is requested to hear the Revision expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight weeks from today. 4.

The interim order granted by this Court to continue till the disposal of the Revision.

The Writ Petition is disposed of.
