1. For the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application No.1269 of 2018 is allowed and disposed off.

2. For the reasons to be recorded separately, bail application is rejected.

3. At this stage learned advocate for applicant made a request that the applicant would like to challenge the order before higher forum and hence interim protection be extended for a period of four weeks. Considering the fact that interim protection was granted on 24-9-2018 and the same was extended from time to time, the interim order is further extended for a period of four weeks.
