This matter is placed before me because the learned counsel for the applicant is seeking withdrawal of this application. He states that, during the pendency of this application supplementary charge-sheet is filed. Therefore, in the changed circumstances, the applicant deserves to approach the court of sessions for the same relief. He prays liberty for the same. 2.

Liberty is granted.
