This is an Application for condonation of delay of 40 days in preferring Appeal under Section 21(4) of the National Investigating Agency Act, impugning the Order dated 20th August, 2022 passed below Exh-48 in Special Case No. 414 of 2020 by the learned Special Judge under NIA Act, Mumbai.

Mr. Patil, learned Advocate appearing for Respondent-NIA opposed the Application.

However for the reasons stated in the Application, Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
