1] Heard the learned counsel for applicant-wife and the learned counsel for revision applicant-husband.

2] The applicant wife has preferred this application for withdrawal of an amount of Rs.3,50,000/-, deposited by the revision applicant/husband. 3] The learned counsel for revision applicant submits that the applicant 1/2

904 APPR 485 OF 2018 OF 2018 wife cannot be permitted to withdraw the entire amount as the said amount includes the amount of maintenance ordered to be paid to the children, who are not residing with the Revision Applicant. The submission made on behalf of Revision Applicant finds support in an order passed by this Court on 22nd March, 2019, whereby this Court directed that the applicant husband need not pay the maintenance of Rs.10,000/- for son Shreyas, and continue to pay Rs.15,000/- to the applicant.

4] In the aforesaid view of the matter, applicant wife be permitted to withdraw sum of Rs.a 2,00,000/-without prejudice to the rights of the parties. Hence, the following order:- order i] The application stands allowed.

Ii] Registry shall release an amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in favour of the applicant Sangita Pramod Patil, on proper identification and as per rules.

iii] The application stands disposed of.
