By a reasoned Order dated 24.9.2018 the applicant was granted interim relief.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the applicant and the learned APP. Perused the record.

The record indicates that, the matrimonial relations between the applicant's husband and the first informant wife got strained and the applicant had issued a notice to the first informant for divorce. The present crime is thereafter registered on 18.7.2018 for the incident which occurred prior to December 2017.

After taking into consideration the peculiar facts and circumstances of the present case and the nature of the allegations against the

2 /2 21-aba-1954-18 applicant, in considered view of this Court, the applicant deserves to be protected by pre-arrest bail.

In view thereof, the interim relief granted by Order dated 24.9.2018 is confirmed. However, the condition to report to the concerned police station is waived.
