ORDER:

Learned Counsel for the Petitioner on instructions from Shri Dilip G. Tryambake, Proprietor of the Petitioner, who is present in Court, states that in view of the subsequent events, the Petitioner would not press the Petition if directions are issued to decide the representation dated 10 December 2015 addressed by the Petitioner (running page 338 of the Petition) to the Managing Director. We inclined to accede to the request of the Petitioner. The Petition is allowed to be withdrawn and to stand disposed of. The aforesaid representation dated 10 December 2015 shall be decided by the Managing Director or other Competent Authority not below the rank of 1/2

Inasmuch as the Petition now stands withdrawn, needless to say that interim relief granted earlier shall stand vacated and there shall be no impediment for the Respondent MSEDCL in releasing the payment to the Respondent No.4.
