Parties through their counsel. The learned counsel appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 and 2 on instructions makes a statement that they will revoke suspension order of the Petitioner and allow her to join duties, however, subject to their rights to take appropriate action against the Petitioner in accordance with law including disciplinary enquiry. Statement accepted. However, the Petitioner would be at liberty to contest the same as per law. In view of aforesaid submission, we find that the grievance of the Petitioner no more survives. With the aforesaid liberties, the Petition is disposed of.
