By this Civil Application, the Applicant is seeking permission to serve the Respondent No.2 by substituted service as per Order 5 Rule 20. 3.

Considering the submission made by the Learned Counsel for the Applicant and the averments made in Civil Application, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out case for allowing this Civil Application. Hence, the following order: a.

The Applicant is permitted to serve the Respondent No. 2 by substituted service as per Order 5 Rule 20 of the Civil Procedure Code by publishing in newspaper on or before 3rd October, 2019 and file affidavit of service to that effect Laxmi Sontakke

905.1 CA 350-19 failing which, Civil Application shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
