This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 13th August, 2015, passed below Exh.25 in Miscellaneous Application No. 15 of 2014.

Exh.25 was an application filed by the Petitioner herein as a third party intervener. In other words, the petitioner herein want to intervene in Miscellaneous Application No. 15 of 2014 and hence this application was taken out. By the impugned order and for the reasons stated therein, this application of intervention was rejected. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

15.wp.11601.2015.doc It transpires now that during pendency of this Writ Petition, a final order has already been passed in Miscellaneous Application No. 15 of 2014. This final order is dated 29th October, 2018. Considering that Miscellaneous Application No. 15 of 2014 filed before the Trial Court itself is finally disposed of, nothing survives in this Writ Petition and the same is disposed of as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
