This civil application seeks expeditious hearing of the second appeal. It is submitted that the second appeal was admitted on 11 October 2005 and made returnable after two weeks and was directed to be heard. The appeal has still not seen the light of the day. The civil application is, accordingly, allowed in terms of prayer clause (b). The second appeal shall come for hearing in the week commencing from 3 April 2017.
