The Learned Counsel for the Petitioners after arguing for sometime states that the Petitioners would file an application under Section 143 of the Maharashtra Regional Town Planning Act, 1966 for compounding of the offences alleged against them in the FIR and therefore seeks withdrawal of the Petition. The above Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn. If any such application for compounding of the offences is filed by the Petitioners, needless to state that the same would be considered on its own merits and in accordance with law.
