It is contended that the entire amount of compensation to the tune of Rs.1,24,916/- has already been deposited in MACT, Malegaon, Dist. Nashik. Statement is accepted. 3.

Liberty to respondent No.1-claimant to withdraw the said amount with accrued interest.
