ORDER:

The limited grievance of the Petitioner is that the Miscellaneous Application No.264 of 2019 filed before the Respondent No.2 District Magistrate, Nashik, has not been disposed of despite the fact that the same was filed on 28 May 2019.

The mandate of section 14 of the SARFAESI Act and particularly the provisos thereto require such Application to be disposed of within a period of 30 days and in any event within 60 days at the highest. In the circumstances, we direct the Respondent No.2 to dispose of the Miscellaneous Application No.264 of 2019 expeditiously and in any event within 60 days from today.
