Heard the learned counsel for the parties on the Civil Application No. 2708 of 2016 seeking restoration of Writ Petition No. 234 of 2014 which suffered dismissal on 11th August, 2016 for want of prosecution.

For the reasons stated in the application, the delay in filing the application is condoned and having considered the explanation offered in the said application for non appearance of the Vishal Parekar 1/2

prod-14-caw-2708-2016 counsel when the matter was called, we are satisfied that there was sufficient cause for the counsel for not remaining present on the said date. In the circumstances, the Civil Application is allowed. 4.

The Writ Petition No. 234 of 2014 is ordered to be restored to its original number.
