Learned counsel for the Applicant submitted that, his Appeal challenging the conviction and sentence under the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 is pending since the year 2012. The applicant is suffering from Liver Cirrhosis. He is in need of finances. His health is not good. Therefore, he prays for early hearing of his Appeal.
