Heard. This application is made by the legal heirs of the petitioner for joining them as party in Writ Petition.

The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the petitioner expired on 24.09.2016. He submits that they made Civil Application on 14.10.2016.

As the application is within time, I am satisfied that the Applicant has made out a case for allowing the present Civil Application.

Hence, the following order:

47.2871.16-caw a) Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) which reads thus:

"(a) This Hon'ble Court be pleased to permit the applicant No.1 and applicant No.2 to prosecute and continue the abovesaid Writ Petition No.7997/2015 filed by deceased petitioner being heirs by amending cause title of abovesaid Writ Petition, with consequential amendment in the body of the petition, if required."

b) Amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today and amended copy be served on other side.

c) Civil application stands disposed off accordingly.
