It is brought to my notice that this Court by an order dated 09.10.2017 while issuing the notice of this Appeal has continued the interim order which was passed on 31.07.2014. The interim order continues till today. The Suit is of the year 2012. Learned counsel for the respondent fairly submits that in the event the Suit is decided expeditiously he would not have any objection

Pradnya Bhogale 2 40 AO 159-18.doc to the continuation of the Ad-interim which is already granted in Appeal till the disposal of the Suit.

Considering that the suit is of the year 2012, the Trial Court is requested to dispose of the Suit as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of nine months from today. The ad-interim already granted to continue till then. 4.

With these observations, the Appeal is disposed of. In view of the disposal of the Appeal, Civil Application is disposed of.
