Learned Counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the undertaking given by the petitioner to this Court on 08.01.2020 could not be complied with by her. It is clear that, the petitioner has failed to comply the solemn undertaking given by her to this Court. 2.

In view thereof, petition is dismissed in limine. 3.

It is made clear that, the orders dated 06.07.2017 passed on application for leave to defend and dated 25.10.2017 are not disturbed by this Court and the petitioner will not reagitate the said issues, before the Competent Authority.

Competent Authority, Pune is hereby directed to expedite the Shinde H.R.
