We are inclined to dispose of present Writ Petition as admittedly the Petitioner's caste claim issue is pending with Respondent No.2 (Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee) since 2011. Therefore, we are inclined to direct Respondent No.2 Divisional Caste Certificate Scrutiny Committee No.3 to decide the case/claim, as early as possible, preferably within nine months. This Court has already protected the Petitioner by an order dated 16 September 2015 that protection to continue till the final disposal of the caste claim by the Caste Certificate 1/2

k 2/2 15 wp 10086.14 as .doc Scrutiny Committee and four weeks thereafter if adverse order is passed against the Petitioner. However, it is made clear that there is no question of claiming any equity, if final order goes against the Petitioner. Rule dispose of accordingly. Present Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of with liberty. No costs.
