Against the order impugned in this petition, the petitioner appears to have taken out the proceeding before the Additional Commissioner, Pune as well the Revenue Minister. There is a vague allegation in the petition that the two authorities are not taking up the said proceedings.

It is not proper for a party to simultaneously take out more than one proceeding before diverse authorities in order to challenge the very same order. Incidentally, the order challenged is to interim relief pending appeal before the Additional Collector,

For the aforesaid reason, this petition is not entertained and same is dismissed. Ad-interim orders stand vacated. (M. S. SONAK, J.)
