By this review petition, the petitioner seeks recall of the order passed by this Court on 9th August 2016 in Writ Petition No.12452 of 2015 dismissing the writ petition filed by the review petitioner herein after recording detailed reasons. The review petitioner seeks review of the said order on merit.

No error is apparent in the order passed by this Court. No case is made out for recall of the said order dated 9th August 2016. Review petition is misconceived and is accordingly dismissed. R.D. DHANUKA, J.
