The learned counsel for the applicant/insurance company submitted that the insurance company has deposited the entire decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon of Rs.22,97,265/-. She submitted that the interim stay granted by this Court on 10th October, 2017 to the judgment and award dated 6th February, 2017 passed by the learned Member, Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Kolhapur in M.A.C.P. No. 306 of 2013 be confirmed. 3.

As the applicant/insurance company has deposited the entire decretal amount along with interest accrued thereon, the interim stay 1 / 2
