The Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is invoked against the order dated 01.10.2015 passed by the Learned Judge of the Small Causes Court, by which order the application for amendment of the Obstructionist Notice being No.714 of 2010 to bring on record the new trustees in place of the trustee who has expired came to be allowed. In my view, having regard to the reasons mentioned in the impugned order as also considering the fact that the objection is sought to be raised by an obstructionist, no case for interference in the Writ Jurisdiction of this Court is made out. The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. [R.M. SAVANT, J] BGP.
